In 2024, the issue of supporting veterans became one of the key focuses for our Youth Council. Returning to peaceful life, adaptation in the workplace, the need for ethical communication and understanding are all challenges faced by our veteran colleagues, and we cannot stand aside.

Our goal is not only to support them, but also to learn from them. After all, veterans are the people from whom we can draw inspiration, strength, and examples of service. That is why we are developing initiatives that create a culture of respect, mutual support and dialogue.
