Starting with monitoring the situation, the Youth Council formed the position of young union members from different regions. After that, it initiated an advocacy campaign that consisted of several key steps:

1. 📑 An official appeal to the leadership of the Union and JSC Ukrzaliznytsia with a reasoned request to resume the payment.
2. 🗣 Meetings and consultations with experts and heads of road trade union organizations, during which we presented the position of young people.
3. 📣 Information support of the campaign through social networks, regional Youth Councils and primary trade union organizations.

📌 Result: Thanks to the consolidated actions of the Youth Council, trade union activists, as well as the support of the governing bodies of the Union, the payment was restored.
