The Youth Council was also actively involved in the logistics and distribution of food packages provided by international humanitarian programs through the trade union quota. Particular attention was paid to employees with children, internally displaced persons and families of mobilized soldiers.

“Trade union solidarity is not a slogan, but concrete actions. We thank the ITF and all international friendly organizations for their support and solidarity with Ukrainian railroaders. And also to every representative of our youth community who helped distribute the aid on the ground,” said Lidiya Naryzhnyak, Deputy Chairman of the Youth Council.
