The Youth Council of the Trade union of Railwayman and transport construction workers of Ukraine is launching a new media project dedicated to one of the most important topics of today – the successful adaptation of veterans and military personnel who have returned to peaceful life and work.

The podcast will become an open platform for discussing challenges and solutions that help teams and employers create favorable conditions for colleagues returning from service. It will feature success stories, advice from psychological support specialists and examples of effective practices from Ukrainian and international companies.
