SECOND RETURN: HOW TO HELP A WARRIOR BECOME A COLLEAGUE
Throughout 2024, our Youth Council actively worked to raise awareness among trade unionists and all those who care about creating an environment of trust and support for employees who returned to work for the Company after leaving the Armed Forces. We organized a number of initiatives that contributed to the successful reintegration of defenders into the workforce and strengthened their psychological health.


👉 In 2024, the Youth Council conducted a study “Support for Veterans at JSC “Ukrainian railway”: Real Situation and Promising Areas of Work”, the results of which were disseminated through QR codes and social networks.
👉 We held special webinars and trainings on ethical communication, employee rights, and peculiarities of adaptation of veterans in the work environment to raise awareness of these issues among our employees.
👉 We have created a manual “How to facilitate the adaptation of female and male veterans when they return to work. Learning to create an environment of trust and support.”
