Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Youth Council of the Trade Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders of Ukraine has been running educational webinars — a decision that became a real breakthrough in awareness-raising work with young railway workers.

📌 Achievements so far:

✅ 32 webinars on topics relevant to youth;
✅ participants from all regions of Ukraine;
✅ creation of a new platform for dialogue between young people, experts, and company representatives.

The topics covered key aspects of modern life for young people in wartime conditions — from psychological resilience, legal awareness, and occupational safety to environmental responsibility, digital transformation, and workplace social guarantees.

💬 We are convinced that access to quality information and advice is the key to strengthening young trade union activists. That’s why the online learning format continues to live, develop, and complement our other initiatives.
